We also make sure that a building is ready for ongoing maintenance and can help to manage the moving-in of tenants.
 
JLL has extensive experience in managing office and retail buildings, warehouses and residential buildings, and in taking care of every aspect of a property’s financial and operational management; this includes fully managing tenant relationships and marketing any vacant space.
 
We provide a full range of services related to the building’s operations, including maintenance, full-service cleaning, the security of public areas and parking operations. Our primary goal is to continuously optimise operating costs and increase a building’s capital value, at the same time mitigating any operational and organisational risks that the property might face.
