JLL expands the Research team in Russia & CIS

​​Moscow, 23 May, 2017 – JLL has announced key appointments to further strengthen its Research Department. Olesya Dzuba and Oksana Kopylova joined the leading consultancy from CBRE.

Olesya Dzuba re-joined JLL team as Head of Research in Russia & CIS. Olesya is a well-known expert in real estate research with solid analytical background and a proven track record of accomplishments. She started her carrier at Renaissance Capital investment bank, where she was involved in Russian macro economy and fixed income market analysis. In 2009, she moved on to JLL where she grew from the Head of Retail and Capital Markets research teams to the Deputy Head of Research. In the last two years, Olesya was Head of Research at CBRE and was responsible for the full range of real estate market research services.

Oksana Kopylova has been appointed Head of Retail and Warehouse Research, Russia & CIS. Oksana has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2013, she was responsible for retail and warehouse research at CBRE. Prior to that, she led the Research function at Volga Development Centre and completed analytical reports on 82 regions of Russia for Sberbank, Russian Railways, and the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Her research became part of Samara 2025 development strategy.

Vladimir Pantyushin, the former Head of Research at JLL, is taking the new role of JLL Russia & CIS Chief Strategist. He will focus on value-add product expansion, including strategic reports for key clients, new digital tools, and supporting the execution of the company's medium-term strategy.
