New Appointments in the St. Petersburg Retail Agency in JLL

​St. Petersburg, 29 September 2016 – International real estate consulting company JLL has announced a number of strategic appointments in management team of St. Petersburg office to strengthen the firm’s leadership position in the retail market. Yulia Chernysheva appointed as Head of Shopping Centres Agency, and Yulia Korchemnaya appointed as Head of Street Retail.

Yulia Chernysheva joined JLL team in 2012, and she grew from the position of Consultant to Associate Director in the Shopping Centres Agency in Moscow. Yulia was involved in such shopping centres projects in Moscow and the Moscow region as Vesna, Aviapark, Reutov Park, Vykhodnoy, and has deals with the largest international and federal brands and flagship stores in her portfolio.

Prior to joining JLL, Yulia had worked for several retailers in Russia and abroad, her areas of responsibility were operational management and brand development. Yulia has more than 7 years of experience in the retail market.

In her new role, Yulia Chernysheva will be in charge of retaining and improving relationships with key clients, expanding the JLL’ exclusive retail project portfolio, and effective leasing strategy.

Yulia graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (International Economics and Finance).

Yulia Korchemnaya became part of JLL team in St. Petersburg as a consultant in 2011. Yulia’s achievements since that time include attracting portfolio owners of street retail properties, major tenants and investors, leasing contracts, e.g. for flagship and entry stores, restaurants and banking offices on major streets of the city such as St. Petersburg’s first shops of Agent Provocateur, Eres, Veta, Respublika, and investment sales.

Prior to joining JLL, Yulia led the street retail agency at Praktis Consulting & Brokerage. Her experience in the commercial real estate market exceeds 10 years.

Yulia graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design (Management).

In her new role, Yulia Korchemnaya will be responsible for strengthening JLL’s position on the St. Petersburg street retail market, building long-term relations with tenants, attracting new landlords and investors.
