JLL appointed as exclusive agent for CSKA Arena in Moscow


​Moscow, 10 August, 2016 – CSKA PFC and JLL have signed an exclusive leasing, sales and marketing agreement for the 68,400 sq m CSKA Arena located in Moscow’s north-west at 3rd Peschanaya Street, 2A.

The business element of the scheme consists of three buildings: the 38-floor Golden Tower (39,000 sq m) designed to resemble the UEFA Cup trophy won by CSKA in 2005, and two 11-floor towers – Blue Tower and Red Tower – each totaling 13,000 sq m. Golden Tower has great panoramic views of Moscow. The scheme has underground and multi-level parking for 1,400 cars.

Apart from its business use, CSKA Arena includes a 30,000 capacity sports stadium and a 48-room hotel. The scheme’s total area exceeds 171,000 sq m.

CSKA Arena is located close to Khodynskoe Pole in a district with good transport infrastructure, and it is an easy drive from Leningradsky Avenue, the Third Transportation Ring (TTR) and Zvenigorodskoe Highway. CSKA metro station will be situated 800 meters from the scheme. Together with the metro station opening, which is scheduled for the end of 2016, there is a plan for the station to be part of the third interchange circuit which will enable people to reach Moscow City in particular. It will also be possible to reach CSKA Arena by foot or by public transport with four other metro stations in close proximity – Polezhaevskaya, Sokol, Aeroport, Dinamo.

The scheme’s concept and project documents have been composed by GUP MNIIP Mosproject-4, the general contractor is PSP FARMAN, and the technical contactor is General directorate ‘Center’. Property and facility management is being undertaken by RBE Group. CSKA Arena is to be commissioned in August 2016.
