adidas Group's Russian HQ comes to Krylatsky Hills business park, Moscow

​The retailer closes the biggest Class A office lease deal on the Moscow market since the beginning of 2014

Moscow, 01 October, 2015 – The adidas Group, the global leader in the sporting goods industry, has leased about 20,000 sq m of office space in the Krylatsky Hills business park in the western part of Moscow. JLL advised on the deal which represents the largest leasing transaction on the Moscow Class A office market since the beginning of 2014. Krylatsky Hills business park is owned by Millhouse.

The business park is located in the Western Administrative District of Moscow at the crossing of Krylatskaya Street and Marshala Zhukova Avenue, 300m away from Zhivopisny Bridge close to Krylatskoye subway station. Several large multinational corporations reside at the park: Microsoft, Intel, Colgate, Johnson&Johnson, British American Tobacco and many others. The business park consists of five units with a total area of 105,000 sq m on a landscaped 8.5 ha plot. The fifth 28,000 sq m unit was commissioned in Q2 2015, and the certificate of ownership received in Q3.

The adidas Group will become the largest tenant yet, bringing to the new building its headquarters for Russia and CIS. One of the floors will be given over to the adidas Academy, where company employee will be able to receive a full physical examination, attend workshops for various sports and healthy eating, develop personal training plans and carry them out in a state-of-the art sports center. The office’s design project is under development. The adidas Group is planning to move to Krylatsky Hills in Q2 2016.
