75% of Kuntsevo Plaza’s retail space leased out

Best selling international premium brands to open at lifestyle centre of new generation


​​Moscow, 16 June, 2014 – About 75% of retail space has been leased out to anchor tenants and key tenants of the shopping gallery at the Multi-functional Lifestyle Centre “Kuntsevo Plaza”. International real estate consultants JLL and Knight Frank act as co-exclusive leasing agents, with ENKA TC being the investor and developer of the complex.

Kuntsevo Plaza is located at Yartsevskaya Street, 19, in close vicinity to Molodezhnaya metro station, where previously the first ever professional shopping centre and first hypermarket in Russia (“Ramstore”) were situated. GBA of the complex amounts to 245,000 sq m, while the GLA of the retail part is 68,000 sq m. 3 levels of underground parking with over 2,000 lots will be designated to retail. The Project’s investment volume exceeds $450m. The complex is to open in October, 2014.

World-famous international premium fashion-brands will bring their exclusive concepts and new store formats to Kuntsevo Plaza. Thus, the American brand MICHAEL Michael Kors will open a 240 sq m concept boutique, the biggest in Moscow yet. It will feature the widest assortment of female clothing, footwear, and accessories by the eminent designer. The French premium brands Maje and Sandro will open one of their first brand stores in Russia here.

An Italian brand PINKO will present its latest and most luxurious concept, where technology is always the key aspect of PINKO environment. The store will feature all of the brand’s lines including accessories, capsule collections and limited editions. Another premium brand, Feru, will present its new mid-range segment fashion-concept for men aged 25-55 at Kuntsevo Plaza – the male clothing and accessories brand Feru Blu.

Apart from this, the shopping gallery of Kuntsevo Plaza will feature such fashion brands as Gant, CK Jeans, Armani Jeans, Gerard Darel, Timberland, Guess Accessories, Lacoste, and others.

Among the anchor tenants of the complex there are featured: Auchan hypermarket on two levels (14,600 sq m) and a World Class fitness centre including a swimming pool (2,500 sq m). Kuntsevo Plaza will also offer its visitors a widest entertainment component including MORI CINEMA multiplex with 8 screen halls (6,900 sq m), Entertainment center Cosmic (2,000 sq m) with bowling and Q-Zar, as well as a unique food and beverage area with a food court, chef restaurants, and a 2-level Sky Bar with terraces. As a whole, the 5-level shopping and entertainment center will include over 250 stores.
