​PepsiCo becomes an anchor tenant of the ALCON Business Complex in Moscow

The international company occupies 13,000 sq m of space in the New York building


​Moscow, 10 June 2014 – PepsiCo, the largest food and drink manufacturer in Russia, leased over 13,000 sq m in the ALCON Class A business complex located on Leningradsky Avenue in Moscow. JLL exclusively advised on the deal. The ALCON BC developer is Alcon Development.

PepsiCo occupies six floors of the New York building, one of the four ALCON business complex buildings. Starting from this week ALCON BC accommodates the majority of PepsiCo office employees in Moscow (1,300 people). Another PepsiCo office in Moscow will still be located at the Lianozovsky dairy plant on Dmitrovskoe Highway.

New PepsiCo office space meets company’s philosophy and high corporate standards. JLL Project and Development Services team provided the project management services.

The ALCON business complex is located on the first line of Leningradsky Avenue, in a 2 minute walk from the Sokol metro station, with a convenient access to the Garden Ring, TTR and Sheremetyevo International Airport. ALCON is one of the few Moscow-based business centers offering their tenants office premises equipped with comfortable open terraces. The complex GBA is approx. 100,000 sq m, GLA being 66,400 sq m. The object is fully operative, and the ownership certificate has been obtained.
