Moscow, 29 November, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed the property manager for the White Square Office Centre, one of the most prestigious buildings in Moscow’s Central Business District.
Owned by O1 Properties, the White Square consists of three buildings located next to Belorusskaya Square and rail terminal, and the Church of St. Nicolas. The property GBA is 110,000 sq m, and the GLA is 76,100 sq m.
The property has been fully leased by international tenants including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, McKinsey & Co, and Microsoft.
White Square is the biggest Russian office centre certified with the BREEAM international standard.
White Square is recognized as ‘the best in class’ by the community – in 2010 the project and its team won numerous nominations by the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Award: “Class A Office Centre”, “Developers of the Year” (given to the project developers - AIG/Lincoln and Coalco) and “Architects of the Year” (given to ABD Architects и APA Wojciechowski – the project architects). The White Square acquisition by O1 Properties was recognized as the “Investment Transaction of the Year” by the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Award 2013.
