Logopark Sever-2 To Be Delivered In Moscow Region

Jones Lang LaSalle is appointed the exclusive agent of the 270,000 sq m area warehouse project


Moscow, 7 November 2013 – Logopark Development company which successfully realized the logistics park Logopark Sever is announcing the start of the new project in Moscow region. The class A warehouse complex of 270,000 sq m Logopark Sever-2 will be constructed in Solnechnogorsk district. The exclusive marketing, leasing & sales agent is Jones Lang LaSalle.

Logopark Sever-2 will appear on a 50 ha land plot near the village Litvinovo, in the North, close to the major transport roads – in 5 km from Leningradskoe Highway, in 1.5 km from the new high-speed highway Moscow – St. Petersburg (M11), in 500 m from the Moscow Small Ring (A-107). Logopark Sever-2 will become the nearest modern industrial scheme to the A-107 crossing the new high-speed highway, and later - the Central Ring Road (CKAD), that will provide the logistics park with the unique access to Moscow and the main federal roads.

The total area of the project is 270,000 sq m including 100,000 sq m which will be delivered in the first phase – it is planned to be completed in the second half of 2014.

The scheme provides an opportunity to realize a part of the area as build-to-suit for sale. Logopark Sever-2 design is developed in accordance with requirements of different businesses, including companies with high turnover of goods. Such companies will benefit from units designed specifically for cross-docking operations.

Apart from that, the scheme spacious territory comprises a vast parking area for trucks and passenger transport for 925 carplaces, two intercepting parkings for trucks waiting to be loaded and unloaded, an administrative unit with a canteen, and engineering infrastructure elements providing the project’s full autonomy.

Investment volume to the Logopark Sever-2 will account for more than 7 bln rubles, comprising equity capital and bank loan.

The tender for the project financial partner is at the final stage. Among the tender participants there is Middle-Russian bank of Sberbank Russia, which financed Logopark Sever.
