Jones Lang LaSalle Launches Property & Facility Management Department, Russia & CIS

​Moscow, 16 April 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle launches a completely new department to focus solely on complex Property & Facility Management services. The newly announced business line will complement the already existing Retail Property Management department to offer a broader set of services across all property industry sectors. The high quality team joined Jones Lang LaSalle from CBRE including directors Leonid Volokh and Olga Zorina.

Property & Facility Management services are aimed at enhancing the quality and investment value of real estate. Property Management Department offers full range of services for residential and commercial real estate which guarantee proper functioning of all key property assets. These include tenants’ relation management, finance and legal services as well as working with governmental authorities and utility suppliers to make buildings work better for our clients.

Facility Management team provides best of technical maintenance, cleaning, security and parking services — all to drive maximum value and efficiency.

Leonid Volokh and Olga Zorina have been appointed Directors of the Property & Facility Department.

Leonid Volokh started his career 12 years ago at CBRE as CTO. In 2006 he was appointed Head of Property Management — Office and Industrial Property. He graduated from IREM (U.S.), Property Management, where he received his Certified Property Manager Certificate.

His portfolio boasts a number of major projects incl. SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management, Trilogy Park Tomilino, Pushkino Logistics Park, McDonalds restaurants and office premises in Moscow, Far Eastern Federal University, ROSNEFT Moscow headquarters, Moscow Oceanarium (developing managerial concept) and more.

Olga Zorina also has a 12-year track record of working at CBRE. Since 2000, Olga has been working on property management projects at CBRE. In this role she was held responsible for all aspects of property management and ongoing maintenance. In 2006 she was promoted to Property Management Director at CBRE.

Olga’s portfolio features A Class office buildings and modern shopping centers including Vremena Goda SC in Moscow, Vernisazh Shopping Center in Yaroslavl, Royal Park in Novosibirsk, SilverCity Busines Center and Lukoil Neftekhim headquarters in Moscow, Yablonevy Sad cottage village in Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway as well as the World Trade Center Nizhny Novgorod.

Olga Zorina graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. She received CPM degree in Property Management (at IREM). Being a member of ICSC, Olga completed her course at ICSC John T.Riordan Global School for Professional Development (Management, Marketing and Leasing).

Natalia Yakimenko is currently Head of Property & Facility Management at Jones Lang LaSalle.
