Moscow, 18 March 2013 – Ofis-Centr, LLC has received the certificate of title for its Class A ALCON business complex, which is situated in the north of Moscow. The building was delivered at the end of 2012. The co-exclusive leasing agents are Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank.ALCON business complex is situated on the first line of Leningradskiy prospect, in a 2-minute walk from the Sokol metro station and has an easy access to the Garden Ring and the TTR as well as to the international airport Sheremetyevo. ALCON is one of the several business complexes at the Moscow market that are able to offer office premises fitted with the landscaped terraces to their tenants.
