Jones Lang LaSalle Launches Retail Concept Development Business Line

Moscow, 9 November 2012 – Within the strategy aiming at strengthening the leadership position in retail real estate segment, Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia and CIS launches concept development business line in the retail department.

Jones Lang LaSalle retail concept development team provide range of services including market due diligence, analysis of the projects’ niche markets, development of a detailed concept and 3D-modelling, as well as concept redevelopment of an existing shopping centres and tenants rotation. Concept development experts specialize the shopping centers and retail infrastructure in the office and residential complexes.

Concept development team is led by Marina Malakhatko, Retail Business Development Director, Jones Lang LaSalle. Previously Marina hold the same position in Colliers International.

Tatyana’s experience in retail business exceeds nine years.

In 2003-2009 Marina worked for DVI Group, where she grew to the position of Commercial Director and was in charge of such projects as SEC Stolitsa (Perm), SEC Stolitsa (Izhevsk), SEC ComsoMALL (Ekaterinburg) and SEC Slava (Volgograd).

Since 2009 Marina worked for Colliers International and left the company in October 2012 as Business Development Director, Retail Department.

Marina graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Economics Faculty. Marina has a number of professional degrees, including Real Estate Institute (IREM), Property Administrator Certificate (PAC), Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI) degrees.
