New areas in Strategic Consulting Department of Jones Lang LaSalle

Moscow, 19 July 2012 –  Jones Lang LaSalle announces the strengthening of its Strategic Consulting Department. Three new areas of activity – Development Consulting, Retail Consulting and Public Sector Advisory – will be separated within the department. New structure will allow to cope with growing demand for consulting services, provide stronger integration with Agency departments and to meet the requirements of changing commercial real estate market in Russia.

Development consultancy team that is in charge of residential, office, industrial and mixed use projects will be headed by Andrey Kosarev. Andrey joined Jones Lang LaSalle more than 4 years ago in company’s St. Petersburg office where he was heading the Strategic Consulting team and in 2011 he joined the company’s Moscow team as a Vice Director of Strategic Consulting Department. Andrey Kosarev is a recognized expert in consulting and a member of RICS. His portfolio includes a number of successful projects for the biggest Russian and international companies such as EBRD, Hochtief Development, Raiffeisen Evolution, SRV, Aeroport Pulkovo, VTB Development, Glavstroy and Dorinda. On the new position Andrey will focus on expanding the business and linking it closer with the Agency department activities.

Anton Korotaev who joined Jones Lang LaSalle in July 2012 will head Retail Consultancy team. Anton has more than 8 years of experience on real estate market. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Anton had carried out many large projects in RRG and Colliers International working with such companies as Vedis Group, Finstroy, BKS, Home Credit, SPAR, OBI, Monex Trading, Starbucks and others. In Jones Lang LaSalle Anton will be responsible for all retail related projects: market analysis, concepts for shopping center development and re-development. Moreover, Anton will lead the company’s new activity area - advice on support retail infrastructure in residential projects.

Because of increasing demand from government bodies for professional consultant’s advice one more new initiative within the Strategic Consulting department - Public Sector Advisory - will be separated as well. It will be led by Marina Smirnova, who was earlier heading the Consulting Department of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Marina has an extensive expertise in the hospitality sector with 15-years’ experience, including work in the Russian Ministry of Economic Trade and Development, the Economic Management Committee of the Russian Tourism Ministry and Moscow government structures. With Marina’s assistance Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has elaborated the strategies for the biggest Russian and international hotel and development companies such as HALS Development, Rosneft, United Hotel Company, AFI Development, OJSC Nash Dom — Primorye, Basel and participated in signing of several exclusive contracts.

Yulia Nikulicheva will head the Strategic Consulting Department and unite all of three new initiatives.
