Naberezhnaya Tower III

Naberezhnaya Tower IIINaberezhnaya Tower III is one of the most easily-recognized buildings in Moscow City business district. Developer of the project is Turkish ENKA, one of the most professional in the market.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted as the leasing and marketing agent.

Naberezhnaya Tower III is situated on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. Construction began in 2002. The complex comprises 160,000 sq m of leasable space, and consists of two buildings and a skyscraper. The two smaller buildings, comprising 17,600 and 28,900 sq m of space, respectively, were fully leased several months prior to completion. 50% of Building III, the largest of the complex, has been leased as of the end of 2008. Among tenants are such companies as KPMG, Renaissance Capital, Citibank, GE, Regus and others. The project was completed for fit out work in the Q4 2007.
