  • At the Galeria more than 70 brands made their debut in the Saint Petersburg market, 10 of which were new to Russia
  • The sale of the Galeria SEC was recognised as the ‘Investment Deal of the Year’ at the CRE Moscow Awards in 2012. It was the third largest single asset sale transaction in the world in 2011 and, at the time of the deal closing, the largest investment transaction in the history of the Russian real estate market
  • Since February 2012, the retail property management department of Jones Lang LaSalle has been working on increasing the profitability of the shopping and
    entertainment centre and is responsible for coordinating tenant relations, re-leasing premises and fully supporting resulting transactions, as well as the project’s
