Development strategy for Kazakhstan Kagazy

In 2007 Jones Lang LaSalle have been retained by Kazakhstan Kagazy – a major industrial group and a leading industrial real estate operator in Kazakhstan – to advise them on the development strategy for their 400 ha landholding near Almaty. Earlier in 2006 Jones Lang LaSalle provided Kagazy with a consulting study covering market analysis for office, retail and warehousing markets and international benchmarking of leading industrial parks in Europe. The both instructions were completed by the Jones Lang LaSalle Strategic Consulting team and resulted in the land development strategy targeted at increasing the value of the landholding and realization of Kagazy development plans.
