Brief and Challenges

Leasehold acquisition of 10,000 sq m for a head office in BC Silver City at Serebryanicheskaya nab., 29 and 1,000 sq m for a project office in BC Novospassky Dvor as a short-term solution. Suek and Jones Lang LaSalle are strategic partners, having successfully conducted 4 leasehold acquisition projects in Moscow.

Results

Base rents for the head office were much lower than those in the Moscow real estate market of 2007, when the deal was closed.
